5 tips for beautiful, healthy skin

You want a healthy and beautiful skin that glows? Then follow the five steps to keep your skin in the best shape:

1st Protect your skin from ultraviolet (UV).

A little sun is enough good for your overall health, but too much exposure to UV rays can quickly cause serious damage to the skin. Overexposure to the sun makes your skin age faster in fact, leading to wrinkles, spots, and even cancer. Make sure you apply a good sunscreen whenever you are outdoors you know for longer than 10 minutes.

2nd Stay hydrated with green tea.

3rd Eat a clean diet.

A clean diet is one of raw vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts. To add soy / tofu, eggs and small amounts of lean fish and poultry. Always choose organic and / or meat from grass, if possible. You can also the intake of food with a high sulfur content (such as garlic, increase onions, asparagus and eggs) that sulfur has been shown to help the skin smooth and youthful.
